I. Scope and Conditions of Recruiting Personnel

Directing and entrusting fresh graduates, active servicemen, non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities, persons who have received criminal punishment and have been expelled from public office, persons who have been found guilty of fraud by the recruitment (employment) organ in the recruitment of civil servants and institutions, and persons who are not allowed to be employed by law are not allowed to apply for the examination.

2, professional skills test and interview

Candidates in music, physical education, fine arts, computer and pre-school education positions (majors) must take professional skills tests in addition to interviews. The specific time and place of the professional skills test will be notified separately.

The interview of psychology post (major) mainly tests the ability of candidates to use professional knowledge to solve practical problems. Interviews for other positions (majors) take the form of professional lectures, which mainly test candidates' basic teaching literacy and ability in organizing teaching, grasping teaching materials, controlling classroom, writing on the blackboard and language expression. According to the post (major), graduates with bachelor degree or above use the corresponding curriculum materials of high school, junior college graduates use the corresponding curriculum materials of junior high school, and preschool education majors use the corresponding curriculum materials of kindergarten.

Candidates take professional skills tests and interviews with their ID cards and admission tickets. The specific time and place of the interview will be announced when the professional skills test results are announced.

After the interview, music, sports, art, computer, pre-school education posts (majors) will calculate the total test scores according to the proportion of written test scores accounting for 50%, professional skills test scores accounting for 30% and interview scores accounting for 20%, and other posts will calculate the total test scores according to the proportion of written test scores accounting for 50% and interview scores accounting for 50%.

Candidates' written test scores, professional skill test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.

Those who fail to attend the physical examination on time are deemed to have given up automatically, and those who fail the physical examination or physical examination are disqualified. Seven. Publicity and admission

According to the results of examination, assessment and physical examination, the candidates to be hired are selected. After the employee goes through the relevant filing procedures, the legal representative of the recruiting unit or its client signs an employment contract with the employee to establish the personnel relationship.

The personnel to be hired are employed to teach in rural primary and secondary schools in principle. Candidates choose the recruiting unit from high score to low score according to the total score of the exam.

Newly hired personnel are required to implement a probation system, with a probation period of one year. Those who pass the probation period will be formally employed, and those who fail will terminate the contract.
