Intermediate coating construction: the intermediate coating material is fully mixed and stirred with a proper amount of quartz sand and smeared into a flat and dense layer with a certain thickness.

2. Batch coating: batch coating with surface coating, timely fine powder and epoxy floor paint to fill the gap between larger particles in the intermediate coating. After it is completely cured, use a dust-free grinder to polish the ground, and use a vacuum cleaner to absorb all the dust and polish it flat. Surface coating construction: epoxy floor paint: after the color paint and curing agent are mixed evenly, it can be leveled by trowel, brush coating, roller coating or spray coating to obtain a flat and uniform surface coating.

1. Newly poured concrete floor: concrete is mainly composed of cement, sand, stone and gypsum. High water absorption, strong alkalinity and slow drying. The surface pan-alkali and water absorption of fresh concrete are the key factors affecting the coating quality. So dry it for a long time before applying it. Unless the water is specially reduced, it is generally required to dry for more than 28 days, and the water content of the base surface should be less than 6%. If necessary, the surface should be thoroughly removed and neutralized.

2. The concrete strength should be above C25. The ground flatness shall be checked by 2m guiding rule, and the clearance shall not be greater than 3mm. Old ground: used old ground, and the damaged part should be repaired. If there is wax layer, oil stain, chemical corrosive medium and old coating, corresponding measures should be taken to deal with it. 3. Key points of floor paint: The self-leveling performance of floor paint mainly refers to the top coat, and the primer and middle coat are the same as other floors.
