The glass curtain wall in the east pours like a waterfall from the top of the 278-meter tower, which further extracts the momentum of the Oriental Gate. The design of the north and south side facades is obviously different from that of the east and west curtain walls. Shading overhangs and dark gray aluminum plates are used to produce prominent and concave effects. The treatment of clear glass and other materials and details creates a more implicit facade, which is mutually supported by the straightforward east-west facade and makes the whole facade have both yin and yang sides. The glass dome at the top of the building connects the east and west curtain walls naturally and smoothly with smooth curves.
