Conditions for opening nurseries
Working conditions in nurseries are as follows:

1. It complies with laws and regulations such as the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors, the Building Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Measures for the Hygiene Management of Nurseries and Kindergartens, and other national or industrial standards such as the Code for Architectural Design of Nurseries and Kindergartens and the Code for Fire Protection of Architectural Design.

2. Meet the requirements of the National Health Commission's Standards for the Establishment of Kindergartens (Trial) and the Regulations on the Administration of Kindergartens (Trial).

3. There should be a construction area suitable for the scale and service function. According to the Code for Architectural Design of Nurseries and Kindergartens (JGJ39), a baby living room should be set up.

4. The building consists of baby living room, service management room, annex room and other rooms.

Infant living room: In order to provide space for infant's living unit and public activities, including class activity unit (including living area and game activity area) and special activity room, it should be set on the first floor with good lighting and ventilation. The floor should be soft, smooth, non-slip, without sharp protrusions, the walls should have safety protection, and there should be equipment for adjusting the temperature indoors.

Service management room: the space for external contact and internal service management of infant health care and education management, including health care room, education room and conference room.

Supply room: space for people to eat, drink and wash clothes, including kitchen, disinfection room, laundry room and boiling water room.

To take care of infants under 2 years old, a mother-infant room and a milk preparation room that meet the relevant requirements shall be set up.

5. Interior decoration shall meet the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations such as safety, sanitation, environmental protection and fire protection. Equipped with basic facilities and equipment to meet the psychological development of infants, infant care facilities and equipment, toys, books and game materials, and set up a game area.

6. There should be outdoor sports venues or sunny rooms with sufficient light, equipped with appropriate toys and game facilities, and corresponding safety protection measures. On the premise of ensuring safety, you can use public venues near the institution.

7, should be equipped with heatstroke prevention and warmth, sanitation and disinfection, safety protection and conform to the specifications of the alarm monitoring equipment. There should be a surveillance video observation area in the office to monitor all places in the nursery institution (except adult toilets and dressing rooms) without dead ends.
