Hot and cold tanks (also known as aging tanks) have the advantages of energy saving, noise elimination, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity and convenient cleaning, and are widely used in dairy, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and beverage industries. As a necessary stainless steel tank for heating, cooling, heat preservation, sterilization or storage of slurry, it is especially suitable for pasteurization and heat preservation of milk and is an essential equipment in ice cream production line.
The hot and cold tank is a stainless steel tank suitable for storing products and liquid materials. Its structure consists of an inner container, a jacket, an insulation layer, an outer jacket, a pressure reducer, an agitator, a thermometer and the like.
The product features of hot and cold cylinders are as follows:

2. The inner container is made of stainless steel plate with polished surface, which can protect the liquid from pollution, protect the hot and cold cylinders from corrosion damage and maintain high temperature.

4. The middle jacket is made of steel plate, and the spiral device of the reinforcing ring makes the cold water heat and cool optimally from bottom to top (without pressure).
5. Stainless steel plate is made into fish-scale thermal insulation layer, and the thermal insulation layer is made of polyurethane or glass wool to keep the temperature with the outside world, so as to achieve the effect of thermal insulation.
6. It has a cycloidal pin wheel planetary reducer, which is fixed on the bracket in the cross beam. The output shaft of the reducer wheel is connected with the stirring paddle and connected with a looper, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
Use and maintenance
1, Description: Before using this equipment, the liquid reservoir must be cleaned with lukewarm water and then disinfected with steam. Slurry enters the cylinder from the material pipe fixed on the cylinder head, or the cylinder head is opened for pouring. The material should not be filled too full, so as to avoid spilling when the stirrer stirs the material, resulting in unsanitary environment or loss.
2. Heating method: When heating, the refrigerant inlet valve must be closed, the remaining refrigerant in the jacket must be drained, then the material is put in, the agitator is started, and then the steam valve is opened. When the required temperature is reached, the steam valve should be closed first, and then the agitator should be closed after 2-3 minutes.
3. Cooling method: Close the steam valve to discharge the remaining steam condensate in the jacket, and then open the refrigerant valve at the bottom of the cylinder to make the refrigerant pass through the jacket to reduce the temperature of materials in the cylinder.
4. Maintenance: always pay attention to the working conditions of the whole set of equipment and reducer. When the lubricating oil of reducer is insufficient, it should be replenished immediately, and the oil (40# engine oil) should be changed once every six months. When the equipment is not in use, the jacket must be cleaned with warm water to avoid salt water corrosion, and the cylinder body should be scrubbed frequently to keep the appearance clean and the liner bright, so as to achieve the purpose of durability.
