Step 3, get the license. On the day of appointment, bring the notice of approval of establishment registration and the original ID card of the handler, and get the original and duplicate business license from the Industrial and Commercial Bureau.

2. Application materials

if an individual industrial and commercial household takes its own place as its business place, it shall submit a copy of the property right certificate of its own place; If renting other people's premises, a copy of the lease agreement and the property right certificate of the premises shall be submitted; If it is impossible to submit the property right certificate of the business premises, it can submit the relevant certificates issued by the market organizers, the administrative committees of various development zones approved by the government and the village neighborhood committees agreeing to engage in business activities in the premises.

if the house is changed into a business house, and it belongs to an urban house, according to Article 48 of the Regulations of Chengdu Municipality on Property Management, the owner and user shall use the house according to the purpose approved by the planning administrative department or stated in the real estate register, and shall not change the nature of its use without authorization. If it is really necessary to change, in addition to complying with laws, regulations and management regulations, it shall be approved by interested owners; And according to the law by the planning, land, health, environmental protection, fire and other administrative departments for examination and approval; If it is a non-urban house, submit the relevant certificates stipulated by the local government.

6. If there are items in the business scope applying for registration that must be submitted for approval before registration according to laws, administrative regulations and the State Council decisions, a copy of the relevant license certificate or approval document shall be submitted.
