Many COVID-19 epidemics were reported among people who entered Yunnan from outside the province, and the risk of imported epidemics in the city increased significantly. In order to consolidate the achievements of epidemic prevention and control in our city and better protect the life safety and physical health of the general public, according to the relevant requirements of the provincial headquarters, the relevant measures for epidemic prevention and control in Qujing City are hereby notified as follows:

1. Requirements for epidemic prevention and control of people who come to (return to) Ququ (1) All people who come to (return to) Ququ are required to report to the destination community through the "Qujing Epidemic Prevention applet" or telephone 48 hours in advance. (2) The truck driver carries out "landing inspection" after arriving at Qu, and carries out strict closed-loop management during Qu, and carries out 1 nucleic acid tests every day. (3) From now on, the "3+4" prevention and control measures will be implemented for those who have lived in Chongqing, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province and Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, as well as those who have lived in luxi county City, Honghe Prefecture and Ludian County, Zhaotong City, that is, centralized isolated medical observation for 3 days, home health monitoring for 4 days, and nucleic acid detection on the 1 th, 2 nd, 3 rd, 5 th and 7 th days. People who have lived in Urumqi of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Lhasa of Xizang Autonomous Region, Lanzhou of Gansu Province, Guangzhou of Guangdong Province, Shandong Province and Hebei Province were monitored at home for 3 days, and their nucleic acids were detected on the 1 th and 3 rd days. Do not have the conditions for home health monitoring, the implementation of the corresponding number of days of centralized isolation medical observation. (four) from the national high school risk areas, red and yellow code personnel, in accordance with the "novel coronavirus prevention and control program (Ninth Edition)" control. (5) Except for the above-mentioned areas, all foreign (returning) workers in the city will undergo 2 inspections for 3 days after entering the opera, and those who have already undergone "landing inspection" will undergo 1 more nucleic acid tests every 24 hours. During this period, they will reduce going out, not having meals, not having parties and not going to crowded places, and do a good job in personal health monitoring.

II. Requirements for epidemic prevention and control in key places (I Heng Sun) All staff (including security guards, cleaners, canteens, etc.) in key places and industries that have more contact with foreigners and goods, such as logistics city, freight station, passenger station, farmers' market, wholesale market, seafood market, hotels, hotels and homestays, tourist attractions, taxis, and online car rides, must hold them for 24 hours. (II) All staff (including security guards, cleaners, merchants and other personnel who sell and help in venues) in supermarkets, restaurants, corporate canteens, school canteens (food delivery enterprises), cinemas, song and dance theaters, bars, KTV, Internet cafes, game rooms, escape rooms, chess rooms, mahjong rooms, public bathrooms, parks and other crowded places. (3) Except the staff, other personnel enter the farmer's market, wholesale market, seafood market, shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels, hotels and homestays, logistics city, freight station, passenger station, restaurant, company canteen, school canteen, cinema, song and dance theater, bar, KTV, Internet cafe, game room, script killing, escape from the secret room, chess room, mahjong room, and public office. (four) take the high-speed rail, train, bus, taxi, online car and other public transport, must hold a negative report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and wear a mask. Among them, primary and secondary school (kindergarten) students do not check the nucleic acid test report when they take the bus. (5) Party and government organs, enterprises and institutions within the jurisdiction should conscientiously implement the main responsibility of the epidemic prevention and control unit, take the initiative to investigate the living history of entry and exit personnel in epidemic-related risk areas, and advocate staff to take up their posts with negative reports of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours. (six) railway stations, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, construction sites and other key places, key industries, in accordance with the provisions of the industry management.

The prevention and control measures will be dynamically adjusted according to the epidemic situation.
