What is "CORDON BLEU"?
Le Cordon Bleu is the world's largest restaurant management and culinary arts school, and is considered to be the international standard for restaurant management education and training; the original school was founded in Paris, France, in 1895, is a history of more than a hundred years of school, at present, there are 26 schools in 15 countries around the world, there are more than 18,000 students, from 70 different countries. Le Cordon Bleu Australia was founded in 1991. The "Blue Ribbon" is a symbol of professionalism in catering and hotel management, and the diploma is a passport to international employment. Unlike the Swiss Hotel Management Association, Le Cordon Bleu belongs to the French school of catering and hotel management.

The Le Cordon Bleu Business Management program is based at the Adelaide campus, 15 minutes from the city center.

The Culinary Arts Institute (CULINARY ARTS INSTITUTE) is located on the Sydney public TAFE North Sydney RYDE campus.

CULINARY ARTS INSTITUTE not only provides education, training and internship opportunities for students interested in food and beverage management, but also frequently travels to major international hotels around the world to provide on-the-job training for their staff. We have good relationships with famous hotels around the world and can provide students with internship opportunities around the world.

The fast-track Bachelor's program takes only 2.5 years to complete (18 months on-campus and 12 months off-campus internships, most of which are fully paid), and the Master's program takes only 1 year and accepts distance learning for completion. Our Bachelor's and Master's programs are offered in collaboration with the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia***, and we also offer English language courses in Catering Management and Tourism.
