Supply and marketing cooperatives are responsible for formulating and implementing the construction of the resource recycling system for the classification of domestic waste in the city and carrying out the recycling of renewable resources.

the departments of development and reform, finance, natural resources and planning, urban and rural construction, market supervision, culture and tourism, health and wellness, education, and office affairs management should do a good job in the classified management of domestic waste according to their division of responsibilities. Article 6 The municipal and district people's governments and relevant functional departments shall strengthen the publicity of domestic waste classification and enhance the public's awareness of domestic waste classification. News media such as radio stations, television stations, newspapers and the Internet should carry out public welfare propaganda to popularize the knowledge of domestic waste classification.

trade unions, youth league organizations, women's federations and other social organizations in this municipality, as well as social organizations, social service institutions, foundations and other social organizations should give full play to their respective advantages, publicize the knowledge of source reduction, resource recycling and classification of domestic waste, carry out social practice activities, and mobilize the whole society and all walks of life to participate in the classification of domestic waste. Article 7 The relevant industry associations in this Municipality, such as environmental sanitation, renewable resources, property management, catering, hotels, etc., shall formulate industry self-discipline norms, guide and urge member units to carry out domestic waste classification. Article 8 This Municipality encourages enterprises such as environmental sanitation, property and recycling of renewable resources to carry out market-oriented domestic waste sorting services.

(2) in residential areas where property management is implemented, the property service enterprise is the person in charge of management; In the residential area managed by the owner, the owner is the person in charge of management;

(3) The ownership and management unit of public places such as roads, squares, parks and public green spaces or the management unit entrusted by them shall be the management responsible person;

(4) In business places such as farmers' markets, shopping malls, hotels, hotels, exhibitions, shops, etc., the start-up units or operators are the management responsible persons; Airports, railway stations, long-distance passenger stations, bus stations, rail transit stations, and public places such as tourism, culture, sports, entertainment, commerce, etc., the management unit is the management responsible person;

(6) If the person responsible for the management of domestic waste classified delivery cannot be determined, the person responsible for the management shall be determined by the local sub-district office and the Township People's Government.
