Technician

The person who has one of the following conditions is qualified for the second level of national vocational qualification

(a) After obtaining the senior vocational qualification certificate of the occupation, he/she has been continuously engaged in the work of the occupation for more than 5 years, and he/she has received the certificate of graduation after receiving the formal training of technician of the occupation up to the prescribed standard number of hours.

(2) After obtaining the advanced vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 8 years.

(3) Graduates of advanced technical schools who have obtained the certificate of advanced vocational qualification in this occupation have been continuously engaged in this occupation for two years.

Senior technician

The person who has one of the following conditions is the first level of national vocational qualification

(1) After obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of technician of this occupation, he/she has been continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years, and has received the certificate of graduation after the formal vocational training of senior technician of this occupation reaches the prescribed standard number of hours.
