Summary of halal food work

Summary is a written material to analyze and study the experience or situation in a certain stage of work, study or thought, which can clarify the direction of the next work, avoid detours, make fewer mistakes and improve work efficiency, so we need to go back and summarize and write a summary. How is the summary generally written? The following is my summary of halal food work, welcome to share.

In order to conscientiously implement the Regulations on the Management of Muslim Food in XX Autonomous Region, further strengthen the management of Muslim food in XX District, respect the eating habits of ethnic groups who eat Muslim food, and safeguard the economic interests of ethnic minorities, the Religious Affairs Committee of the District, together with relevant units and departments, conducted a joint inspection on the management of Muslim food in the whole region. The inspection results are summarized as follows:

1. Basic information:

Although there are many points, wide areas and long lines in actual work, the overall inspection results are good after three days of joint inspection, and no major illegal cases of halal food and food safety hazards have been found. Every inspector in the inspection team can check and execute according to law. The person in charge of each business outlet can actively cooperate with the joint inspection work.

2. Problems found in the inspection:

Through the joint inspection, we also found some objective problems, which are highlighted in the following aspects:

First, objectively, because of the large turnover of personnel such as business legal persons and waiters in restaurants, the relationship between personnel and restaurants is unclear, the management is not standardized, and the halal restaurants and non-halal restaurants are unclear.

Second, some newly opened halal food and beverage outlets, processing outlets, especially individual chain stores failed to apply for and handle "halal" signs in time according to law.

thirdly, some catering outlets and processing outlets that have handled the "halal" signs are not standardized in hanging and placing the "halal" signs. Some of them were put in the processing room, some were hung in the back hall, and some were even put in other corners without hanging. None of them hung the "Muslim" sign in a prominent position in accordance with Article 11 of the Regulations on the Management of Muslim Food in XX Autonomous Region.

Fourth, the hygiene of some Muslim restaurants is poor.

Fifth, the supervisors of the CPPCC National People's Congress found that there were mistakes in the use of language and characters on the signboards of individual halal restaurants, which were inconsistent with the actual contents.

3. Rectification measures:

First, the person in charge of each restaurant that has handled the "halal" sign is required. As long as it is a restaurant replaced by a legal person, it must promptly notify the District People's Committee to record the change. Make it clear that the actual operator or legal person cannot be inconsistent with the legal person in the license. Only after applying for and handling the "halal" sign according to law can the sign be marked with the word "halal".

Second, the newly opened restaurants and chain stores were registered, and it was clearly pointed out that all restaurants with business licenses must apply for "halal" signs according to law, and it is not allowed for two restaurants to use one "halal" sign.

thirdly, the hanging position and requirements of the signboard are defined for each restaurant that has handled the "halal" signboard, which must be hung in a prominent position in accordance with Article 11 of the Regulations on the Administration of Halal Food in XX Autonomous Region.

Fourth, in the joint inspection, it is found that the business license has expired, the hygiene is unqualified and other problematic food and beverage outlets, and the relevant units such as the Health Supervision Office and the Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau point out the rectification requirements and time limit.

Fifth, the supervisors of the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference pointed out that there were some mistakes in the specific language and characters such as Chinese or Uyghur on the signboards of Muslim restaurants. Ask the person in charge of the restaurant to mark or write according to the correct words. ;
