Mr. Li, a consumer, introduced that on the evening of February 6th, he invited several friends to have dinner at the "1949 Huajiajia" restaurant in the Happy Coast Shopping Center in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. When ordering, the waiter said that there was no menu, and the restaurant provided side dishes. At that time, one of the side dishes was not available. The waiter recommended the wild small yellow croaker in the East China Sea, but he didn't tell the price. When he paid the bill, he told me that a small yellow croaker cost more than 2,111 yuan. The restaurant believes that the price has been confirmed to the consumer after the change.
On February 27th, Mr. Li complained about this situation to the Consumer Council of Shenzhen. On the afternoon of February 28th, Shenzhen Price Supervision and Inspection Bureau and Shenzhen Consumer Council conducted a supervision and investigation. The preliminary investigation results show that the restaurant involved has no menu, no price publicity, and is suspected of violating the regulations on the management of clearly marked prices, and ordered the restaurant to rectify immediately.

On the afternoon of March 1, Shenzhen Consumer Council issued a Supervision Letter to the restaurant, urging it to rectify the existing problems and properly handle the consumer disputes.
