Recently, a new round of epidemic in China has been distributed in many places, and some areas in our province have local clustering epidemic. The pressure of "external defense investment" in the whole region has doubled, and the situation of epidemic prevention and control is severe and complicated. In order to effectively implement the measures of "early prevention, early detection, early reporting, early isolation and early treatment", build a defense line for epidemic prevention and control, minimize the risk of epidemic spread, and ensure the health and safety of the people, we hereby issue the following initiatives to the people of the whole region:

First, report in advance and travel cautiously. Advocate the people of the whole region not to leave, not to help, not to go to high-risk areas in China and local cities with epidemics. If you really need to go out, please pay close attention to the domestic epidemic situation and take personal protection on the way. Report to the destination community three days in advance when returning, and implement the nucleic acid detection requirements according to the community requirements after returning; People with epidemic risk should immediately report to communities, hotels and units, and cooperate with the implementation of isolated medical observation.

Second, fulfill obligations and do a good job of protection. Insist on entering all kinds of public places, take public transport to actively scan the location code, wear masks scientifically, ventilate more, wash hands frequently, serve rice noodles and use public chopsticks. Be sure not to buy imported goods, especially cold chain goods, and carefully mail-order goods from local cities with concentrated epidemics in China. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough and chest tightness, you should take protective measures to avoid taking public transport and go to the fever clinic of medical institutions immediately.

Third, actively cooperate and participate in testing. At present, the city's normal health screening has been adjusted from "one check every seven days" to "one check every seven days", focusing on male citizens on Monday and female citizens on Thursday. Students on vacation take two exams regardless of gender. For those who have special needs and voluntarily participate in two sampling, gender is not limited. Residents are required to voluntarily participate in standardized nucleic acid testing. Individuals who fail to carry out testing according to regulations, resulting in risks or adverse consequences of epidemic prevention and control, will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

Fourth, vaccinate and build barriers. Vaccination with COVID-19 vaccine is still the most effective preventive measure at present. At present, the whole region is focusing on strengthening the immunization of people over 18 and the vaccination of the elderly over 60 years old. Those who meet the vaccination conditions should complete the vaccination as soon as possible and build a national immune barrier.

Five, scientific epidemic prevention, everyone is responsible. Protecting beautiful Laiwu requires everyone's active participation. It is hoped that the general public will give full play to their sense of ownership, consciously abide by the regulations on epidemic prevention and control, actively cooperate with the implementation of various measures for epidemic prevention and control, resist all kinds of rumors, and protect hard-won anti-epidemic achievements.
