If your English is not good, you will definitely become a manager or supervisor.
That depends on which area you are in. The lobby manager, no doubt, definitely needs English and has a glib tongue. However, if you are responsible for managing facilities, planning new projects or investigating customers' feelings to improve services, you generally don't use English very much, but you can't guarantee that your daily work documents are pure Chinese.
As I said, don't be afraid of your poor English. The key is to be bold. Even if you have a dialogue with foreign customers that even primary school students can understand, you will have a great sense of accomplishment.
Afraid of failure, I dare not speak, and my English will not be good.
Come on!
