1. The centralized dining unit, that is, the entrusting party, shall, in accordance with Article 28 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Food Safety Law, urge the contractor to implement the food safety management system and assume management responsibilities. Those who fail to perform their management responsibilities according to law may be punished in accordance with the provisions of Item 12, Paragraph 1, Article 126 of the Food Safety Law.

2. The contractor of the canteen of the centralized dining unit shall be treated as a food operator, and any violation of the Food Safety Law shall be punished according to law.
