At present, the types of VAT invoices available online are: 1. Tripartite or sextuple special VAT invoice, bipartite or quintuple ordinary VAT invoice. The number of recipients must be based on the requirements of relevant departments and cannot be overcharged.
02
Online application for VAT invoices is only applicable to taxpayers who use the new VAT invoice management system. These people can apply for VAT invoices online. We logged into this system and saw that there were many places to fill in information.
03
Click Invoice Management-Invoice Purchase Management-Online Invoice Application to open the Invoice Application page. On the invoice application page, we need to fill in the invoice application type and other information, including the invoice delivery address.
04
After we receive the invoice from the courier, we need to log in to this system again. In the invoice application window, click Confirm to indicate that we have received the invoice. Generally, you can only reapply when the invoice is used up, usually once a month. The applied invoice can be directly placed in the printer, and can be directly typed out by the printer when it is necessary to issue an invoice.
05
Those who apply for invoices online by using the new VAT invoice management system cannot cancel the invoice application after the application begins. If the invoice applied for each time is not confirmed in the system, you cannot apply for the next invoice.
