Here is a steamed lotus root meatball that my family must eat every year;
Main components; 2000 grams of pork, 500 grams of lotus root and auxiliary materials; A spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of salt, 3g of allspice powder, 50g of Jiang Mo, 50g of chopped green onion, 50g of starch and 2 eggs.
Manufacturing steps;
