The writing of trademark authorization letter includes: the basic information of the authorizing parties (for example, name, contact information, etc.), information on the type of goods, the form of authorization, the duration of authorization, the amount of royalties, the calculation of royalties, the payment of royalties, and the responsibility for breach of contract.

Article 43 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China

The trademark registrant may, by signing a trademark license contract, permit others to use its registered trademark. The licensor shall supervise the quality of the goods for which the licensee uses its registered trademark. The licensee shall guarantee the quality of goods using the registered trademark.

Permission to use another person's registered trademark, the use of the registered trademark of the goods must be marked with the name of the licensee and the origin of the goods.

License to others to use their registered trademarks, the licensor shall report its trademark license to the Trademark Office for the record, the Trademark Office announcement. Trademark license without record shall not be against the bona fide third party.
