Bring a 1-inch photo, a copy of your ID card, a copy of the property right certificate of the food city, a copy of the rental contract, a copy of the catering service license, a copy of the hygiene license of the public place, and the original name approval notice to the industrial and commercial department to apply for a business license.

4. Go to the tax authorities for the tax registration certificate.
