According to the National novel coronavirus Prevention and Control Plan, the Notice on Further Optimizing the Prevention and Control Measures of COVID-19 Epidemic and the Plan for Delineating and Controlling the Epidemic Risk Area in COVID-19, in principle, the areas where infected people live, as well as the workplaces and activity places with frequent activities and high risk of epidemic spread are classified as high-risk areas. High-risk areas are generally defined by units and buildings. In the case that the risk of epidemic spread is not clear or there is widespread community spread, the scope of high-risk areas can be appropriately expanded. The scope of the risk area can be dynamically adjusted according to the risk area division criteria such as the result of traffic investigation and judgment.
