With money, you don't have to shoot a movie to make money so you don't shoot. He is now a businessman.
In recent years, he is rarely seen on the screen, and even if he is seen, most of them are friendly appearances. Compared to Lu Yi, Fan Bingbing, and Li Bingbing, who have been active on the big screen and red carpet in the same TV series, Ren Quan, though he knows he doesn't care about fame and fortune, would still like to see him in a starring role.
Ren Quan believes that anyone's success is justified. While his career as an actor has brought him fame, fortune and connections, his true passion is business investment. Not long ago at the Boao Forum for Asia, he participated in the Young Leaders Roundtable as the founder of Star VC (Star Venture Capital).
In 1997, he set up Shu Di Spicy Fish Restaurant; in 2005, he set up 1969 Bar; in 2008, he invested in joining Ding Tang Film and TV, and set up a beauty salon in the same year; in 2010, he set up Shu Di Times Restaurant; in 2013, he set up Hot Spice One Hot Pot Restaurant; in July 2014, he co-published the Star VC program.
Ren Quan feels that entrepreneurship is a state of mind: "I don't like to talk about challenging myself, challenging the limits or anything. I never do anything I can't handle. It's especially important to be calm, and everything comes together."
In the face of reporters, Ren Quan did not hide his confidence in interpersonal communication: "I do not have a high financial quotient, but I have a high emotional quotient, and I will consider from the needs of others. I am intentional, I care about your feelings, I hope you are comfortable."
Ren Quan's magnificent metamorphosis seems to be easy, but the pain and fatigue behind it are all hidden by him and only known to himself. At least people understand that his decision to become a businessman was immensely correct.
