Wenling X8 13 Datang Line Reconstruction Project (Guan 'ao Section) (hereinafter referred to as this project) has been approved by Wenling Development and Reform Bureau with document [202 1] 152. The owner of the project is Wenling Communication Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the tenderer), and the construction funds come from local self-financing. The project has met the bidding conditions, and now the survey and design of the project are subject to public bidding.
2. Project overview and bidding scope
2. 1 project overview: this project starts from Xiao 'ao Village, intersects with S226 (pile number K23+200), starts from pile number K0+000, and uses Datang Line (Xiao 'ao Lane) in Wenling City to rebuild the pioneer section of the project. The route is set to cross the mountain and enter Guan 'ao Tunnel eastward. The terminal is K2+550, and the total length of the line is 2.55km, in which the pile number of the newly-built section is K0+51~ K2+550, which is about 2.034km long, and the tunnel is 1430m/ 1.
This project plans to adopt the secondary highway standard specified in Technical Standard for Highway Engineering (JTG B0 1—20 14) of the Ministry of Transport, with a design speed of 60 km/h.

(5) Revise and improve the survey report, various design documents and special research report (if necessary) within 30 days after receiving the review opinions from the consulting unit, the owner and the superior competent department, and submit the final draft of the survey report, preliminary design documents and special research report (if necessary) (number of copies: provided on demand) and the final draft of construction drawing design documents (number of copies: provided on demand);
(6) Submit drawings, bill of quantities, reference materials, special technical specifications for construction projects and other bidding materials in batches according to the needs of the employer's bidding progress.
(7) Land requisition and demolition drawings: completed within 15 days after the preliminary design documents are approved;
(8) According to the requirements of the tenderee, complete the special report of each stage on time (if necessary);
(9) Follow-up service on the construction site: from the project commencement to the project completion acceptance, the construction period is tentatively set at 2 1 month; The defect liability period is 2 years.
3. Qualification requirements of bidders
