4 management requirements:

4.1 health contract system

4.1.1 The workshop director is responsible for contracting the health work in different areas, and the workshop employees clean and tidy up their responsible areas every day, and clean them thoroughly every Friday, and the team leaders and office staff supervise, inspect and assess them.

4.1.2 the cleaning standard can refer to these provisions and other special provisions. Finishing shall be arranged according to the regulations of workshop location of various equipment, tools, finished products, semi-finished products and raw materials.

4.2 on-site sanitation management:

4.2.1 floor, wall and fixtures are clean

4.2.1.1 The floor is clean, free of dust, garbage, stains, stagnant water and dead corners.

4.2.1.2 walls (corners) and ceilings shall be clean, free from pollution, cobwebs and dead corners. (Please don't leave fingerprints and footprints on the wall, and you will be fined 21 yuan.) The doors and windows of 4.2.1.3 are bright and clean, free of dust, stains and cobwebs. 4.2.1.4 tables and stools should be kept clean, and articles should be neatly stacked. 4.2.1.5 pools and underground waterways are clean, with smooth drainage and no blockage.

4.2.1.6 keep the stairway fire escape clear.

4.2.1.7 The responsibility area around the workshop is clean, free of garbage and cigarette butts.

4.2.2 keep the production equipment clean after use.

4.2.3 Cleaning and sorting of tools and materials

4.2.3.1 Tools and handling tools shall be placed in order at the designated place and kept clean.

4.2.3.2 unused raw materials and auxiliary materials shall be cleaned in time and neatly stacked.

4.2.3.3 All kinds of semi-finished products shall be kept clean with transfer boxes, conveying plates and garbage bins.

4.2.3.4 product packaging should be kept clean and tidy.

4.2.3.5 sanitary ware shall be cleaned and cleaned before and after use, and placed in the specified position.

4.2.3.6 Keep the drinking water cup clean and put it in the designated position.

4.2.3.7 In the production process, please don't leave redundant standard parts and machine parts such as screws and nuts on the site (including the ground)

4.2.4 Waste products and garbage disposal

4.2.4.1 Waste products and defective products shall be stored neatly at the designated place; Industrial waste that cannot be put into the dustbin must be cleaned regularly.

4.2.4.2 The garbage generated in the work must be put into temporary storage bags and boxes in the workshop, and the garbage in the production area should be cleared out of the workshop before work every day.

4.3 Code of Personal Conduct

4.3.1 Employees should dress correctly, keep their clothes and shoes clean

4.3.2 Before going to work, production personnel should change into work clothes in the locker room, and work shoes

4.3.3 Employees should go out to work shoes in the locker room on business, and wear work clothes and work shoes as required when returning to the workshop

4. Smoking and eating snacks (except snacks) are prohibited in the production workshop

4.3.5 Spitting and spitting are prohibited, and littering with paper towels is prohibited

4.3.6 Please keep the floor of the bathroom clean when going to the bathroom, and do not bring newspapers, magazines, books and screws into the bathroom to prevent the toilet and sewer from being blocked

4.3.7 You are not allowed to wash your hands in the bathroom when going to work or eating. If you are hungry, you can go to the rest area to eat some snacks such as biscuits

4.3.9 It is forbidden to climb and pick flowers and trees in the factory

4.3.11 Bicycle.
