The registration card is divided into two parts (the content is the same). In China's social system, citizens have three identities: farmers, workers and cadres. Farmers are under the control of the Ministry of Agriculture, workers are under the control of the Labor Bureau, and cadres are under the control of the Personnel Bureau. College students are professionals trained by the state and belong to the status of national cadres. However, many people inexplicably lost their cadre status after graduation. Graduates must go through a one-year probation period (stipulated by the state) after coming to work with the registration certificate. The reason why they become black households is very simple, that is, they "don't care" after graduation and their household registration files are "at large". When they use it, they find themselves "black households" for no reason. You have to spend money to find someone who trusts you, which is time-consuming and extremely troublesome. Therefore, everyone must always pay attention to their accounts, and don't lose them. In China, especially children from rural areas, the education they received from childhood is to develop from rural areas to cities. Working is a road, but it is a pity that working is a day; Going to school can be said to be a shortcut. Although the road is not so smooth, it is much more comfortable than going to work. When the work unit can't take over the hukou, as usual, most students will choose to put it in the local talent exchange center, because this is the official statement. I don't know about other companies. The fees charged by our company are the same as those in the talent market. This is the price set by the price bureau. But it has many advantages in our company. Many people will never see their own documents. According to the regulations, individuals are not allowed to touch their own files. Sending documents must go through state "secret" documents, which is a state secret. Therefore, the document is a very serious matter. It is a portrayal of a person's life. Learning, work and party organization relations will be kept in files in the form of documents until his death.
In principle, files can be divided into three types: student status files, personnel files and employee files. The student status file records a person's study career, where he studied in the year and month, what kind of punishment he received and what kind of praise he received. Some evaluation forms and transcripts are managed by the Education Bureau. Personnel files include dispatch cards, resumes, graduation materials, marriage materials, materials for going abroad, labor contracts, etc. , managed by the personnel bureau. Workers' files refer to workers who have not been classified as regular employees and have not obtained the status of cadres, and are managed by the Labor Bureau.
At present, I am still studying at school, including the files of students like me who are internship but have not graduated, all of which are student status files (during this period, the files are at school); After graduation, the graduates' transcripts will be put into their student status files, and then the school will transfer the files to the personnel department of the graduate employment unit or the entrusted talent exchange institution, and turn the files into personnel files (during the period, the files will be in the work unit or talent exchange center or affiliated with the agency); Graduates who do not go through the relevant formalities after graduation will be sent for one year (2 1 1 engineering school is two years), and their student status files will be sent back to their original places, entered the labor bureau, and turned into workers' files (during this period, the files will be in the labor bureau).
