2. Food additives:

Refers to chemical synthetic or natural substances added to food to improve the quality, color, aroma and taste of food and meet the needs of preservation and processing technology.

3, nutritional fortifier:

Refers to natural or synthetic food additives added to food to enhance nutritional components, which belong to the scope of natural nutrients.

4. Food containers and packaging materials:

Paper, bamboo, wood, metal, enamel, ceramics, plastics, rubber, natural fibers, chemical fibers, glass and other products used for packaging and holding food, as well as coatings that come into contact with food.

Generally speaking, food can be divided into two parts: endogenous substances and exogenous substances. Among them, endogenous substances are the ingredients of food itself, and exogenous substances are other ingredients artificially added or mixed in the whole process of food from processing to eating. 3, the product must meet the quality and hygiene standards of green food.

4, the product label must comply with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Agriculture of China.
