In addition to Chen Jianbin, the other five people who participated in the final were Jiao Fangqi from the Netherlands, malei from Toulouse, Paris Huang Han and Cao Yuming, and Elizabeth, a female chef from Bocheng, a Vietnamese culinary family.

Each chef chooses his own dishes, but uses the Taoda seasoning from Taoda Company, the organizer of this competition. Each dish is required to be made on the spot within 45 minutes. Then it was handed over to four authoritative culinary masters, including Ye Zhenyu, president of the French Faya Restaurant Association, Lin Guangzhou, general manager of Amoy Europe, Mike, and chef Boucher of Michelin Samsung Restaurant Silver Tower, to taste and score. In the end, Chen Jianbin won the first prize with a slight advantage by virtue of the "color" of "birds singing and flowers smelling", with a prize of 2,111 euros.

Chen Jianbin from Wenzhou said that he began to learn cooking in his hometown of Wenzhou at the age of 14. I have been opening restaurants since I arrived in France.
