What are the requirements for applying for an electronic health card?

Those who have lived in Shandong Province for 14 days or more and need to travel to other places because of returning to work and school have no symptoms such as fever, persistent dry cough and fatigue for 14 days or more, and the following situations are excluded:

1. The confirmed cases diagnosed in COVID-19 have not been observed for 14 days after discharge;

2. Suspected cases, positive infection, not cured or under isolation observation 14 days;

3. Close contacts of confirmed cases, suspected cases and positive infected persons in COVID-19 have not been released from medical observation;

4. Dissatisfaction with home observation after leaving the administrative area of this province 14 days;

5. There is a history of contact with people in high-incidence areas such as Hubei, and the isolation observation time is less than 14 days.
