QC is the only implementation standard of IECQ-HSPM system certification at present. This standard is written by IEC on the basis of EIA/ECCB-954 standard, so it is one of the international standards of IEC system. The second edition of this standard was promulgated in June 2005 and became the implementation standard of IECQ-HSPM. Enterprises must meet all the requirements of QC standards and pass the audit of IEC Authorized Inspector (SI) before they can pass the IECQ-HSPM system certification and obtain the certification certificate. Simply put, RoHS is the detection of harmful substances in products, while QC is the system certification of harmful substances in enterprises.
The new version of IECQ QC 080000 was voted on February 20 12 15, and the voting results and follow-up matters were discussed and finalized at the annual meeting of IECQ held in Busan, South Korea on April 23-27, and was officially announced on June 12. If the 2005 version of the manufacturer has been introduced, it should be considered. The new requirements also limit the existence of harmful substances in products, and help organizations adapt to more directives and other requirements on harmful substances besides RoHS.
