There are two options for their paychecks during the quarantine period:
One, if you can work at home during the quarantine period after negotiation, the company pays the employee according to the normal work attendance.
Two, the isolation period can not work at home, the company needs to pay the employee's basic salary, job salary and other fixed wage components; bonuses, commission, performance, meal allowance, car allowance and other non-fixed wage components can not be paid.
Additionally there are some more special cases:
1. If the isolation is caused by work, the company should pay the full amount of wages according to the normal attendance of the workers.
2, if the employee does not comply with the requirements of the prevention and control caused by the isolation, such a situation of labor demand salary, is not supported.
