1. Remote preset
The system can preset the lights and air conditioners in designated rooms remotely through management software (control the air speed and temperature of air conditioners) and delay (the delay time can be set), and can turn on the air conditioners and exhaust fans in designated or all rooms at regular intervals.
2. Lighting control
When the guest opens the door and enters the room, the porch light will automatically light up (controlled by the door magnetic switch), and then the card is inserted into the identity reader to get electricity, then the left and right bedside lamps and controlled sockets will be automatically turned on. At this time, the guest can freely control the lighting in the room through the switch. The switch of the ambient light at the bedside and the opening of the pipe at the corridor can realize the dual control of the ambient light (corridor light and ceiling light). The controller can realize stepless dimming of bedside wall lamp. The wardrobe light is controlled by time delay, which is automatically turned off after a delay of 31 minutes, and then turned on after the guest presses it again. 5. Safety monitoring
Detect the opening state of doors, windows and safes, and make safety judgment by combining the occupation state provided by the card-inserting power switch with various time periods, and provide early warning information to the room management department and the security department.
