We know that "what you get on paper is always shallow, and if you know it, you have to do it." Why are most students in our school keen on eating in off-campus snack bars? What are the criteria for their dining choices? What is the attraction of off-campus catering? Why is the school lunch close to the water tower "not getting the moon"? -With this series of questions, a group of six of us, under the guidance of the instructor, are going to visit all the snack bars outside the school, inspect all aspects of school lunches on the spot, interview some students who eat out and ask the relevant leaders of the school. I hope that through these channels, we can find the crux of the problem and the answer. The purpose of the research is to establish "What is the attraction of off-campus catering?" As a research topic, we use the relevant knowledge of economics, take the topic as the task driving force, understand the life around us, pay attention to social life, and move towards social life. We always believe that we are the masters of the school, and we have the obligation and responsibility to explore the shortcomings and problems of the school. We hope that through our efforts, we can contribute our meager strength to the school lunch construction and put forward our sincere suggestions. The main contents of the study are: (1) the methods of attracting students' business by off-campus catering; (2) the types and styles of off-campus catering; (3) the price of off-campus catering; (4) the surrounding environment of off-campus catering; (5) the hygienic status of off-campus catering; (6) the status of school lunch in the above aspects; (1) literature method: collecting and analyzing the attraction of off-campus catering by using library reference books, newspapers, magazines and the Internet. (2) Survey method: A sample survey was conducted in snack bars near our school, and a questionnaire survey was conducted among students who ate outside the school. (3) Comparative method: Compare the surrounding environment, sanitary conditions, types and styles of snack bars near our school.
