(4) Schools, hospitals, sanatoriums (institutes), state organs, social organizations, public cultural and sports venues, military units and other units shall not be less than 35%, and other units shall not be less than 31%;

(5) The green coverage rate of urban roads is not less than 25%, and the green area of newly-built urban trunk roads is not less than 21% of the total land area of roads;

(6) The banks of rivers and streams, the green land on the floodplain and the sides of railways and highways should be afforested according to the planning and technical specifications.

Article 15 The landscaping works of various urban construction projects shall comply with the following provisions:

(1) The construction unit shall specify the scope of green space on the general plan of the planning scheme according to the specified indicators, and submit the design scheme diagram and specifications of the greening project to the competent department of urban landscaping during the preliminary design, which shall issue a review opinion on the design scheme of the greening project. The competent administrative department of construction and planning shall not issue a construction project planning permit or a construction project construction permit to those who do not hold a review opinion on the greening project design scheme;

(2) The investment in urban landscaping should be included in the total investment of construction projects according to the proportion of 1.5% to 2% of the cost of construction and installation projects;

(3) The greening project design scheme of the construction project with a planned land area of more than 8,111 square meters within the urban area shall be reviewed by the district urban landscaping department, reported to the municipal urban landscaping department for examination and approval, and supervised for implementation;

(4) The urban landscaping project shall be inspected and accepted by the competent department of urban landscaping before the construction project is delivered for use. If plants cannot be planted due to seasonal influence, it shall be completed within one year after confirmation;

(5) if it is not completed within the specified time or the quality and quantity of green space construction do not meet the acceptance requirements, the competent department of urban landscaping shall order it to be completed or rectified within a time limit; if it is not completed or rectified within the time limit, the competent department of urban landscaping shall designate a greening professional unit to do greening on its behalf, and the expenses shall be collected from the responsible unit by the competent department of urban landscaping according to the quota regulations of Chongqing urban landscaping construction project.
