Changgou has been a place where flood and drought wharves and merchants gather since ancient times, and the masses have a strong sense of commodities. Changgou Town has obvious advantages in location and land: Ridong expressway passes through the town with an exit of18; The long ditch is only 2 kilometers away from 105 national highway; Ji Liang highway runs through the town; The newly-built Binhu Avenue is connected with Ridong Expressway and Ji Liang Highway along the canal in Changgou. Xu Ji expressway, who is about to start construction, will also cross the long ditch. Waterway advantage: the golden waterway Grand Canal flows through the long ditch for 5 kilometers; Changgou Pumping Station of South-to-North Water Transfer Project has started construction; Sendamei Port, the largest inland port in Jiangbei with an investment of more than 400 million yuan, will be put into operation in August, and the advantages of long ditch water transportation will be more obvious. I. Planning of Grape Leisure and Sightseeing Park. In order to build a small town with agricultural characteristics and make the grape industry bigger and stronger, beautiful landscapes and characteristic landscape belts were built on both sides of Ji Liang Highway, and a grape leisure and sightseeing park was planned. Experts and professors from the Provincial Design Institute and Southeast University were hired to plan and design the grape curing room and green corridor with high starting point and high standard. More than 200 grape curing rooms and 3,000m green corridors have been planned and built. When completed, the park will integrate picking, catering, leisure and sightseeing. At present, the construction of demonstration houses is being actively implemented.

Second, the planning of Sendamei Lingang Industrial Park. Relying on the planning of Lingang Industrial Park in Sendamei Yuejingou Port Area, the land service center and water service center will be built. The planned construction area of the park is 500 mu, with Esmat Company as the dividing line, and 260 mu in the west is planned to build a coal storage and processing zone and a water service center near the port, and actively develop industries such as coal storage and processing, catering service, shipping and ship maintenance; 240 mu in the east is planned to build a logistics storage base and a land service center, and build a logistics storage and distribution system with three-dimensional storage, mechanized loading and unloading and orderly distribution; Give full play to the advantages of the port area, make every effort to build a big business, logistics and market pattern, and strive to make Changgou the largest warehouse and logistics base in northern Jining, realize the all-round development and sustained prosperity of the trade and logistics industry, and create the greatest benefits for Changgou.

Third, the upgrading plan of Ji Liang Road Commercial Street. In order to further accelerate the construction of small towns and comprehensively enhance the image of provincial central towns, combined with the comprehensive improvement activities of environmental sanitation, the renovation and upgrading scheme of Ji Liang Road Commercial Street was formulated. It is planned to be carried out in three phases, and more than 300 facades will be renovated. Taking the cultural characteristics of the ancient canal as the main line, we will build a commercial street facade house with unique shape and elegant appearance, and create a new long ditch feature. The investment in the first phase is 6,543,800 yuan, and 50 sets of reconstruction plans are planned. At present, 4 sets of 8 demonstration houses have been rebuilt to a high standard.

Four. Industrial park planning. Relying on the geographical advantages of Changgou Town, which is located at the intersection of Jiaxiang, Liangshan, Wenshang, Rencheng and the central area, grasping the land and water transportation advantages of Ridong Expressway 18 and the imminent operation of Sendamei Yuejingou Port, grasping the rare historical opportunity of the construction of Changgou Pumping Station of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, Xuji expressway Construction and Jining's new round of urban planning, making full use of Ji Liang Road, Binhe Road and Ridong Expressway 60 to introduce investment projects into the park, forming a modern society.
