1 Preparation for the collection of information: the collection of debris information is mainly done with the function of the project. In the project function button, there are two main dimensions of classification.
The first dimension is time, future/maybe, runway @ action list, one to 50,000 meters high. Events are placed in these different programs in chronological order. In the process of daily review, it will be very clear in the mind, their near, medium and far future will do things, so that their life has a very clear vein.
The second dimension is to categorize, without considering the time, the different events, according to different categories to distinguish, write a label in advance. For example, my tags are, practicing time management with my daughter, work related, list of fitness items.
2 The collection of fragmented information: when we have prepared the above two dimensions of the label, then the next step, we can experience the powerful functions that this software brings us.
First of all, you may have a lot of events to be categorized, then put it under different tags according to the above categorization, and each item has a next action, you just need to add these trivial events, as a next action, in the corresponding items.

For some information or events that can't be categorized in a timely manner when time is of the essence, we can quickly record it in the inbox first. When you have time, then go to the classification, so the action of emptying the inbox every day is very necessary.

The folder classification function of this software is very good, open the project, there is a plus sign in the upper right corner of the interface, click on the plus sign, at the bottom of the screen there will be three options, respectively: new project, new folder, new inbox items. Click on New Folder and start typing the name of this folder, for example, I built a folder called Work Related, in which I can subdivide it into Subjects, or Continuing Education.
Once you have the folder, you can put the items back into different folders. This will make it less cluttered when you open the Projects function key, and it will make it easier to organize your thoughts by making a category of similar projects in the same folder.
