1. Open Alipay APP and log in to your account.

2. Find the column of "Living Payment" on the homepage, and click enter.

3. On the living payment page, select the services that need to be invoiced electronically, such as water and electricity charges.

4. After entering the corresponding service page, click the "Invoice" button at the top of the page.

5. On the Invoice page, select the order that needs to be invoiced electronically, and then click the Invoice button.

6. In the pop-up billing information page, fill in the relevant information such as invoice header and taxpayer identification number, and then click OK.

7. After confirmation, Alipay will prompt "Application has been submitted, please wait for invoicing", and the system will automatically generate an electronic invoice later.

8. On the "My" page of Alipay homepage, click "Electronic Invoice" to enter the list of electronic invoices.

9. In the electronic invoice list, find the corresponding invoice and click View Details to view and download the electronic invoice.
