Qinhuangdao Outlet Project is located in the middle section of Gold Coast in Changli County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province. The main construction contents include about 500 outlet world famous brand discount city stores, tourist resorts, public facilities, famous brand enterprise clubs and supporting houses.
