According to the above responsibilities, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce has 21 internal organs, all of which are official departments.

(1) The office

(2) General Office (Information Office)

(XVIII) The Foreign Affairs Office

undertakes the foreign affairs management, liaison and reception of this department; To undertake the preliminary examination and approval of the city's foreign trade and economic cooperation missions abroad; To undertake the relevant work of inviting foreign economic and trade personnel and their immediate family members working in this city to Suzhou; Responsible for contacting the economic and trade cooperation network of foreign governments or private economic sectors; Cooperate with relevant departments to coordinate the implementation of economic and trade planning, policies and measures in Hongkong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province; To undertake the relevant work assigned by the Jiangsu Secretariat of Singapore-Jiangsu Cooperation Council.

(21) The Department of Retired Cadres

is responsible for the management and service of retirees of the organ and the restructuring unit under centralized management.
