(three) issued a true and accurate test results of motor vehicle exhaust pollution; ?
(4) Real-time transmission of relevant test data to the local environmental protection departments at prefecture level and the traffic management departments of public security organs, and acceptance of their supervision; ?
(five) the establishment of motor vehicle exhaust pollution detection files; ?
(six) shall not operate or participate in the operation of motor vehicle maintenance business in any way. ?
Twenty-first motor vehicle owners shall, from the date of motor vehicle registration, send motor vehicles to motor vehicle emission testing institutions for regular inspection of motor vehicle exhaust pollution in accordance with the cycle of motor vehicle safety and technical inspection prescribed by the state. ?
Motor vehicles whose exhaust pollutants do not meet the national and local motor vehicle emission standards at the time of registration are not allowed to drive on the road. ?
