(4) Drug Safety Supervision Department.

(5) drug circulation supervision department.

(6) Medical Device Supervision Department.

To be responsible for personnel management, organization establishment, labor wages, service for retirees, family planning, etc. of organs and directly affiliated units; Organize and guide the qualification evaluation of relevant professional titles such as health food, cosmetics, medicines and medical devices.

(9) inspection department (inspection branch).

investigate and deal with illegal activities in food safety and the development, production, circulation and use of health food, cosmetics, medicines and medical devices in restaurants and canteens; Formulate and organize the implementation of sampling inspection plans for related products; To be responsible for the emergency handling of related food and drug safety emergencies and supervise the recall of related products; Responsible for accepting complaints and reports; Guide and supervise the inspection and law enforcement work of this system.
