The summer vacation arrangement for 2012 is hereby notified as follows:

I. Students will be on vacation from July 9 (Monday), and will be registered at the colleges (departments) on September 1 and September 2. Classes will officially begin on September 3, and the colleges (departments) will report the registration status of the students to the Registrar's Office one week later. The current students will deposit the tuition fee to the bank card of Agricultural Bank of China before August 22nd.

II. The new students of 2012 will report on Tuesday, September 4th to Wednesday, September 5th.

Third, faculty and staff will work as usual on July 7 (Saturday) and July 8 (Sunday), and will be on vacation from July 9 to August 30, and will begin working on August 31st.

Four, because the Dingzigu Campus and Beichen Campus during the summer vacation to carry out equipment maintenance and underground pipeline network reconstruction, can not guarantee the normal supply of boiled water, bathrooms, catering, etc., so in principle, students are not allowed to stay on campus during the summer vacation. If there are special circumstances that require students to stay on campus, they should obtain the consent of their colleges (departments) (the consent of their supervisors is also required for graduate students to stay on campus) and the approval of the Office of the Dean of Students before they are allowed to stay on campus. All students will be accommodated at Dingzigu Campus. All colleges (departments) should strictly approve the procedures, and the safety management of students staying on campus is the responsibility of each college (department). The accommodation of students from College of Foreign Languages, College of Humanities and Law, College of Energy and Environmental Engineering, College of Economics and Management, College of Information Engineering, College of Social Sciences, College of Science, College of Civil Engineering, and College of Computer Science and Software will be arranged by the Apartment Center of Dingzigu Campus, while the accommodation of students from other colleges (departments) will be arranged by the colleges (departments) themselves.

V. The campuses, colleges (departments) and related units shall arrange for the staff to be on duty during the summer vacation to complete the work related to the vacation.
