Working principle and workflow of the oil-water separator system:
1. Water enters from the AOD pump (air diaphragm);
2. The flow control valve enters;
3. The first-stage honeycomb chamber is washed by water. Because there are many compact honeycomb compartments in it, tiny particles in the water settle in the honeycomb chamber and wastewater flows in.
4. Mesh water distribution holes (5/32 ") enter;
5. Adsorption chamber and extraction chamber. Water flows into the oil adsorption chamber composed of JT57 liquid filter medium. In this process, oil and grease are absorbed in large quantities and a large number of complex heavy metals, organic substances, TSS, BTEX, PCB and many pollutants in water are extracted. Then the water flow turns upward in the adsorption chamber to enter;
6. In the second-stage honeycomb chamber, the water flows up and down through the second-stage compact honeycomb interlayer for three times, and the residual trace oil will float up and collect at its upper part, and the water will enter;
7. Clear water chamber, and finally the water is discharged from the bottom of the clear water chamber. For the residual trace oil distributed on the second-stage honeycomb chamber and clean water chamber, it is skimmed into the external oil storage container by the oil skimmer arranged at the top of it and removed.
Extended information
As a component of the engine, the oil-water separator plays a role in improving the quality of diesel, which is also needed by the high-pressure rail engine. Once there is a problem with the oil-water sharp weapon, it will lead to a series of faults such as abnormal black smoke from the engine, carbon deposition on the valve, engine power decline, etc., which may seriously lead to engine damage, so the usual maintenance of the oil-water separator is essential.
The catering oil-water separator is mainly suitable for the environment which is seriously polluted by domestic oily sewage discharge. This oil-water separator is an imported "grease trap".
The device installed at the outlet of the sewer to prevent oil and garbage from being discharged into the sewer is mainly made of FRP, stainless steel and other materials. Due to the advanced design (the product and its design have been patented at home and abroad), the oil blocking rate can reach more than 91%.
