The responsibility of fire control work is more important than Mount Tai. In order to conscientiously implement the principle of who is in charge and who is responsible for fire control work and the policy of putting prevention first and combining prevention with elimination, we will actively implement the post responsibility system for fire control, strive to do a good job in mass prevention and treatment, and safeguard the safety of Shijiazhuang Le Tai Center. According to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Fire Safety in the Construction Site of Shijiazhuang Construction Project, the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Fire Safety in Shijiazhuang Construction Project and the Provisions on the Administration of Fire Safety in Organs, Organizations, Enterprises and Institutions, the construction unit must sign a letter of responsibility for fire safety and bear the following responsibilities:

Party B must abide by the fire prevention regulations and requirements in the engineering design, material selection and construction scheme, and submit the construction drawing scheme to Party A during the preparation period.

Party B shall go through the project examination and approval procedures at Party A's management office before construction.

Party B shall strictly manage the construction, and the approved construction plan shall not be changed without authorization.

The electricity consumption and electrical equipment of Party B's construction site shall be installed by regular electricians, and a distribution box shall be set up. Temporary wires shall not be pulled at will, and double-layer sheath line shall be used for necessary temporary wires.

Party B shall apply to Party A for a hot work permit when engaging in open fire operation, and strictly implement the fire safety management system.

Party B shall conduct fire safety education for all personnel involved in the construction and strictly abide by the relevant regulations on fire safety at the construction site. If there is a fire on the construction site, it is necessary to call the police in time and organize fire fighting, and pay attention to protecting the accident site.

When Party B needs to use inflammable and explosive materials in the construction, it shall notify Party A in advance, and must abide by the regulations on the safety management of dangerous chemicals and take effective safety measures. A special warehouse shall be kept by special personnel and shall not be stored overnight.

Party B shall not use a large number of flammable liquids such as paint remover in the construction process. When painting on site, there should be good ventilation facilities, and it is not allowed to cross work with other types of work. It is strictly forbidden to have open flames on site, and use explosion-proof electrical appliances.

Party B must set up no-smoking signs and fire safety system boards on the construction site.

Party B's building materials or garbage shall not occupy fire control facilities, block roads and remove garbage in time.

Party A is responsible for supervision, inspection and guidance, and provides convenience and assistance for the implementation of the above terms. If Party A finds that the construction process violates the fire safety management regulations or fails to go through the formalities, Party A has the right to punish the parties and order them to stop working.

After the project is completed, Party A shall conduct a comprehensive acceptance of the project.

In the process of construction, if Party B fails to comply with the fire laws and regulations, Party B must bear all responsibilities and compensate all losses.

This agreement shall come into force as of the date of signature. This agreement is made in duplicate, one for each party.
