Chemical cleaning process

1. Loop cleaning

Loop cleaning is to use the original two parallel ash discharge pipes to form a loop, and form a loop system with the cleaning pump station, add a certain concentration of acidic cleaning solution, and circulate cleaning in the ash water pipeline, and continuously replenish acid when the acidity drops to a certain extent. For a short distance single gray water pipeline, if conditions permit, temporary pipeline can be laid to form a loop for cleaning. The process needs to be carried out in the shutdown state, which is complicated and costly.

2. Open circuit cleaning

When cleaning, two ash pipes cannot form a loop, and only one ash pipe can be used for open circuit cleaning. The method is to connect one end of the ash pipe with a cleaning device, continuously prepare a certain concentration of pickling solution in a liquid preparation tank, and continuously or intermittently inject it into the ash pipe. This process needs to add a cleaning device when it is stopped, and the cost is high.

3. Don't stop chemical cleaning

In this process, under the condition of normal ash conveying without stopping, a certain amount of acid liquor is continuously injected into the ash conveying pipe, and at the same time, a certain amount of corrosion inhibitor and pipeline stripper are injected into the ash conveying pipe for open circuit cleaning. The main function of cleaning AIDS is to promote the reaction between acid liquor and ash scale in acid liquor with a certain concentration and flow rate, at the same time, increase the solubility of carbon dioxide in water, reduce the generation of gas resistance and ensure the cleaning quality of ash pipes.

The operation method is: before cleaning, estimate the required acid amount according to the total scale in the pipeline, and then calculate the acid adding speed and corrosion inhibitor and pipeline stripper adding speed for cleaning the ash conveying pipeline according to the ash water flow and acidity. During cleaning, samples are taken at the sampling point at the front end of the ash pipe every 30 minutes to detect the acidity, and the acidity is strictly controlled by adjusting the acid adding flow. In the later stage of cleaning, the pH value is sampled at the end of the ash pipe every 15 minutes. When the pH value reaches a certain value and remains unchanged for 30 minutes, it can be judged that the cleaning is over.
