B: timely adjust the display layout of seasonal commodities. Water and drinks; Insecticidal series and cream series; The display layout of hot pot, cold dishes and other commodities has been adjusted and changed in time to meet the needs of consumers.

C: the replacement of cashier, the supplement of shopping baskets and the installation of monitoring facilities have further enhanced the competitiveness of the store and ensured its sustainable development.

2. Do a good job in marketing articles and actively expand sales to create profits. With the strong support of the marketing department, the store began to implement the large-scale activities such as the New Year Fair, spring dance Feiyang Detergent Festival, the May 1 and November Golden Weeks, and the Cool Summer Beverage Festival, as well as independent marketing activities on weekends and regular festivals and confrontational marketing activities aimed at various competitive forces. Guided by the slogan of "striving for the best environment, safety and quality service, creating store benefits and increasing employees' income", we have ensured good benefits through adjustment and multi-form marketing; Through strict food quality and price management, after-sales service and frequent employee skills training, the service quality is ensured; By improving the display of goods, optimizing the layout of stores and setting off the festive atmosphere, the shopping environment is ensured; Through the self-examination and self-correction of potential safety hazards, the loss prevention system is improved to ensure the safe operation of the store; Through strict performance appraisal and three-job appraisal, the distribution is reasonable and the employees' income is good.

4. Pay close attention to fine management. The store has experienced high growth for several years in a row. Compared with intensive cultivation, the latter is more effective. Through the morning meeting, we organized all the staff to learn "Details Decide Success or Failure", and ideologically instilled the fine management consciousness in the staff. In order to sell, it is necessary to manage the inventory turnover. There was no vicious inventory incident in 2115.
