enterprises that meet the requirements after examination should apply to the human resources department of the county and city on a monthly basis, log in to the module of "Special Support Plan for Firms to Stabilize and Expand their Posts-Training by Workers" in the service hall of Shandong Public Employment Talents, register basic information of enterprises, and submit relevant materials, including the business license of enterprises, the commitment letter for applying for training subsidies by workers, the roster of trainees by workers, and the bank of that month.
disbursement of funds
if there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the human resources and social security departments of counties and cities will pay the subsidy funds to the basic deposit account opened by the enterprise in the bank.
the subsidy funds shall be handled according to the fund allocation process of the special account for vocational skills improvement in our city.
Vocational training subsidies for workers in difficult enterprises

For all kinds of small and medium-sized enterprises, large enterprises in foreign trade, accommodation, catering, cultural tourism, transportation and wholesale and retail industries, if employees are organized to carry out vocational training instead of workers, they can be given a monthly 511 yuan/person for up to six months according to the number of workers who are trained instead. During the policy implementation period, small and medium-sized enterprises, Large enterprises in foreign trade, accommodation and catering, cultural tourism, transportation, wholesale and retail will receive a maximum subsidy of 511,111 yuan during the policy implementation period.

Implementing social insurance subsidies

According to the actual rent-free area of the enterprise, the reward will be given at 51% of the rent. In principle, each market subject does not exceed 111 square meters. Application process
Eligible business incubation bases at all levels submit an application for award compensation to the local county human resources and social security bureau, and provide the following materials: Application Form for Award Compensation; List of awards and supplements; Graduation certificate of fresh graduates; Proof of rent collection for other enterprises in the base; Lease contract or relevant agreement and business license signed by the market subject who enjoys the award when he/she moves in.
