I. Recruitment positions and conditions

Second, the scope and procedures of recruitment.

This recruitment is open to the public. Fourth, the registration period and method

1. Registration period. The registration period is from July 9 to July 2022 15, 17: 30.

2. Registration method. Registration for this exam is conducted by online registration. Applicants must log on to the open recruitment platform of enterprises and institutions of China Strait Talent Network to register within the specified registration time. Each candidate is only allowed to apply for the position of 1, and the information filled in by the applicant should be true, accurate and effective, and then the on-site qualification examination will be conducted. Applicants who provide false application materials will be disqualified once verified.

3. Preliminary qualification examination. Query the qualification examination results. If it is found that the materials submitted by the candidates are inconsistent with those filled in at the time of registration, it will be regarded as unqualified.

4. Performance evaluation. The total score of candidates = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%. According to the number of people in the recruitment position plan, when the last person in the same position is tied for the total score, the person with the highest interview score is preferred. If the same conditions still exist, the career orientation test will be added.

Six, physical examination and investigation of political examination

Organize physical examination

1. Determination of physical examination personnel: According to the ratio of the number of people planned for the recruitment position to the total examination score 1: 1, qualified candidates are determined from high score to low score.

On-the-job candidates must provide proof that the company agrees to apply for the exam, or that they agree to resign, or that the employment contract has been dissolved before the medical examination, otherwise the medical examination qualification will be cancelled.

2. Time and place of physical examination: The time and place shall be formulated separately, and medical institutions for physical examination shall randomly select them in the whole city. The medical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves, and those who fail to attend the medical examination on time shall be deemed to have given up their qualifications.

3. Physical examination standard: refer to the relevant provisions of the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. Candidates who have doubts about the results of the physical examination may put forward a re-examination within 5 working days after learning the conclusion of the physical examination, and the re-examination can only be conducted once, subject to the re-examination results.

Political review and investigation

The object of political examination is qualified personnel. Focus on ideological and political performance, moral quality, file verification, whether there are bad records, whether there are violations of law and discipline and bad credit records.

Seven. Publicity and employment

2. Make an appointment. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination by the employer can go through the formal employment procedures, and those who fail the examination will be dismissed by the employer.
