steel structure engineering installation contract

Employer: fuding city Yijian Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Party A) Contractor: fuding city Jianquan Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Party B)

In accordance with the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, the Construction Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations. In view of the specific construction matters of this construction project, in order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, the following contract terms are reached through friendly negotiation:

1. General situation of the project

1. Name of the project: Tea Factory of fuding city Yunding Tea Co., Ltd. (Workshop 2 and Workshop 3)

2. Address of the project: A, Guanyang Industrial Concentration Zone, Diantou Town, fuding city.

3. Scope and content of contract: contract the construction of light steel structure workshop of fuding city Yunding Tea Co., Ltd., the second building of tea factory covers an area of 919.11 square meters, and the third building covers an area of 1137.8 square meters.

Second, the contract price: contract and materials. (Workshop II is 435 yuan/m2, and Workshop III is 431 yuan/m2).

Amount (in words): RMB eight hundred and forty-one thousand seven hundred and fifty-five Yuan only.

III. General rights and obligations of both parties

(1) Responsibilities of the Employer:

A. Responsible for coordinating the relationship between various construction units and on-site construction supervision.

B. Make the three links and one leveling on the construction site, and ensure the power supply and water supply.

C. Party A shall pay the project progress payment on time, and pay 1.15% of the payment payable as liquidated damages every day if there is any delay on the date of signing the contract.

(2) Contractor's responsibilities:

A. If the construction is carried out strictly according to the drawings, the project quality will meet the material standards of the design scheme drawings, and both parties will accept and ensure the project quality.

B. Do a good job in civilized construction and safe production on site.

C. organize construction management personnel, materials and construction machinery to enter the site.

D. In the process of construction, the contractor shall be responsible for the accidents caused by the contractor.

IV Contract Duration

1 The total calendar days of this contract duration is 91 days. Starting from the date of signing the contract.

2. In case of the following circumstances, the construction period will be postponed accordingly:

A. The employer requests to change the confirmed design scheme, which will affect the project progress;

B. Power and water are cut off for more than 8 hours within one week due to reasons other than the contractor, which affects the normal construction;

C. The construction of the next working procedure is affected by the reasons of the employer;

D. Failure to pay the project payment as stipulated in the contract affects the construction period;

e. Force majeure factors, such as bad weather (rainstorm, high temperature, earthquake, typhoon), prevent the construction and delay the construction period due to government administrative actions;
