According to the spirit and job requirements of the Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Beijing (No.[2065 438+00] 102 issued by Beijing Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), the institutions of Shijingshan Education System plan to openly recruit staff (see the attached job table for details). The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment target

(A) Beijing Shengyuan graduates

1. 2023 fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who are included in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding entrusted students and orientation students) and can obtain corresponding academic qualifications and degree certificates on schedule when they graduate;

2. College graduates who have not implemented their work units during employment can apply for the exam.

College graduates who have not implemented their work units during the job-seeking period refer to those who have been included in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding entrusted students and oriented students), have not implemented their work units during the job-seeking period stipulated by the state, and their files and organizational relationships remain in the original graduate institutions, or in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service institutions at all levels and public employment service institutions at all levels (social insurance shall not be paid during the job-seeking period);

3. Returned overseas students who have obtained foreign degrees and completed the education certification of the Ministry of Education from August 1 2022, have permanent residence in Beijing, and have personnel administrative relations in Beijing, but their work units have not implemented them.

(2) Non-Beijing graduates

Non-Beijing graduates must meet the introduction conditions stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of the Introduction of Graduates in Beijing.

(3) Social personnel

Social personnel must have permanent residence in Beijing, and personnel administrative relations and files are in Beijing; Or family members with registered permanent residence and files in other places who meet the requirements of going to Beijing with the army and have not gone through the formalities of going to Beijing with the army, they need to prove that their spouses are serving in Beijing at or above the corps level.

Second, the recruitment conditions

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws, have good political quality, good conduct and no criminal record;

3. Physical conditions that meet the post requirements;

4. Have a teacher qualification certificate that is suitable for the recruitment position (or the "Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" printed online after the written test and interview results of the teacher qualification examination are all qualified); Normal students are required to provide the exemption certificate issued by the school (the certificate indicates the courses and subjects of the teacher qualification certificate);

5. The applicant must be 18 years old and above.

Third, the recruitment process

(1) Registration

1. Registration time: 9:00 on March 2, 2023/0 to March 23, 2023 17:00.

2. Registration method: Online registration, online qualification examination and online printing of admission tickets are adopted.

3. Registration procedure:

(1) Register online.

Applicants log on to the "Beijing Shijingshan District Education System Open Recruitment Platform" (hereinafter referred to as the "Open Recruitment Platform") to register.

Those who have not registered online cannot enter the follow-up recruitment process.

Each person is limited to one post, and the identity documents used for registration and examination must be consistent, otherwise the registration qualification will be cancelled.

The information filled in by the applicants in the system should be true, complete and accurate. Once the online audit is completed, the registration information may not be modified.

(2) Query the qualification examination results.

Applicants log on to the "public recruitment platform" to check whether they have passed the qualification examination.

Those who pass the online qualification examination will not be able to change their registration information.

After the deadline for registration (March 23, 2023 17:00), if the application for registration fails to pass the examination or qualification examination, it cannot be changed to other positions. Please arrange the registration time reasonably.

(3) print the admission ticket.

Applicants who have passed the online qualification examination, please log on to the "public recruitment platform" after 9:00 on March 29th, and print the admission ticket on A4 paper under "Recruitment Progress".

(2) written examination

1. Written test content:

The written test is closed, with a full score of 100, focusing on the comprehensive knowledge and professional knowledge necessary for the recruitment position.

The post of teacher is the general education teaching examination; Accounting positions are professional knowledge (calculators can be used); Other positions are administrative professional ability tests.

This exam does not specify a counseling book, nor does it hold or entrust any institution to hold an exam counseling training class.

2. Time and place of written examination:

Those who take the written test will take the written test at the specified time and place with their resident ID cards and admission tickets, and the admission will be completed 15 minutes in advance.

3. Written test results query:

Written test score 100%, qualified score 60.

For each recruitment position, according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited to the number of people attending the interview 1:5, the personnel who enter the qualification review are determined from high score to low score.

Those whose scores are lower than the qualified line cannot enter the qualification review.

Posts that fail to reach 1:5 will enter the qualification review according to the actual number of people whose scores are not lower than the qualified line.

The written test results and the list of people who entered the qualification review were published on the "Shijingshan District Government Portal" (index.shtml) and the "open recruitment platform".

(3) Qualification examination

The qualification examination shall be conducted by the personnel who bring relevant materials to the qualification examination on site.

Those who fail to participate in the qualification review within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up automatically.

Those who fail to pass the qualification review or give up automatically will be re-examined according to the ranking order of those who pass the written test results of the position.

1. Time and place of qualification examination:

The specific time, place and form of qualification review shall be notified separately by the recruiting unit.

2. Materials required for on-site qualification examination:

(1) Registration form confirmed by the online registration system (downloaded and printed by the public recruitment platform, and signed by myself at the "Integrity Statement");

(2) Original and photocopy of ID card and household registration book (card);

(3) the original and photocopy of the academic qualifications and degree certificates recognized by the national education administrative department (the academic qualifications of the Ministry of Education are also required for subsequent academic qualifications); Fresh graduates are required to provide the original and photocopy of the Employment Recommendation Form for College Graduates (sealed by the employment department of the school, and supplementary certificates are required if the training method is not indicated) and transcripts (sealed by the academic affairs office of the school);

(4) Graduates in the employment period are required to provide academic certificates, degree certificates, and certificates of filing units (stamped with the official seal of filing units);

(5) Returned students studying in Beijing should provide the original and photocopy of the education certificate, passport and entry and exit records of the Ministry of Education;

(6) The original and photocopy of my teacher qualification certificate, or the original and photocopy of the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Certificate within the validity period. Normal students can provide the exemption certificate issued by the school (the certificate specifies the courses and subjects of the teacher qualification certificate);

(7) If the post requires work experience and fixed number of years, provide proof of work experience and fixed number of years;

(8) If the family members of the troops are registered in other places and meet the requirements of joining the army in Beijing, they need a certificate from the troops at or above the corps level whose spouses are serving in Beijing;

(9) Other relevant materials required for applying for positions.

3. Centralized qualification review: After the recruitment unit conducts qualification review, it will submit the review materials to the relevant departments of the District Education Commission for centralized qualification review.

Those who pass the qualification review will enter the interview.

(4) Interview

1. Interview content:

The interview mainly examines the candidate's comprehensive analysis, logical thinking, language expression, improvisation, job matching, image instrument and so on.

The interview will be recorded all the time.

Interview score 100%, qualified score 60.

The written test scores and interview scores are included in the comprehensive scores according to the weights of 40% and 60% respectively.

According to the ratio of each recruitment position 1: 1, among those who are qualified in the interview, the candidates who participate in the physical examination and inspection are determined in the order of comprehensive scores.

Because the total score of a position is the same, the person to be hired is determined according to the written test score from high to low; Because the written test and interview results of a position are the same, the candidate to be hired is determined according to the interview results assessed by the interviewer from high to low.

2. Interview time and place:

Organized by the District Education Committee, each recruitment unit will implement it.

The specific interview time and place will be notified separately by the recruiting unit.

3. Interview results query:

Within 2-3 days after the interview, the interview and comprehensive results will be published on the "Shijingshan District Government Portal" (index.shtml) and the "open recruitment platform", and the names of medical examiners and inspectors will be published at the same time.

The interview and comprehensive results were publicized on the portal website of Shijingshan District Government and the "open recruitment platform" for 7 days.

(five) physical examination, inspection and publicity

The recruitment unit organizes physical examination and inspection work, and the physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the relevant physical examination standards of civil servants; The contents of the investigation mainly include the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance.

Candidates who enter the scope of medical examination give up their qualifications or fail to pass the medical examination, and they will be replenished in turn from high to low among those who pass the interview.

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined as candidates to be hired, and the list will be published on the "Shijingshan District Government Portal" (index.shtml) for 7 working days.

Once the publicity begins, if the recruitment position is vacant again, it will not be replenished.

If there is no objection to the publicity, the transfer formalities shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

Fourth, matters needing attention

1. From the beginning of registration to the end of recruitment, candidates should ensure that the telephone and email contact information left at the time of registration is smooth. If you can't inform the candidates because of poor telephone contact, the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.

2. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment, and all kinds of materials provided by candidates must be true and effective. Applicants who find that the certification materials do not meet the requirements of the positions they apply for, provide false materials or falsify or fabricate relevant documents and materials to defraud the examination qualifications, will be disqualified once they are verified, and the employment contract that has been employed by the unit will be terminated.

In the process of open recruitment, violations of discipline and discipline will be dealt with in accordance with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's Regulations on Handling Violations of Discipline and Discipline in Open Recruitment of Institutions.

3. The materials submitted during the qualification review of candidates will not be returned.

4. Applicants should cooperate with the completion of assessment, physical examination and entry in accordance with the time limit and requirements stipulated by the competent recruitment unit. 5.
