Go to Minhang Tax Bureau first and see which teacher you belong to is in charge of tax cancellation.

After you get the tax cancellation form, go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for cancellation.

There are three industrial and commercial bureaus in Minhang. You can call for advice or go directly to one of them. Basically, you can confirm which industrial and commercial bureau your company belongs to and which one you need to go to.
