The way to trace the source of Jiangxi practitioners' examination is to log in and take the training examination. Jiangxi traceability practitioners download the "Jiangxi Traceability" APP software or scan the QR code to log in and take the training exam. After completing 41 hours of training by themselves, catering employees apply for the annual examination through the "Jiangxi Traceability" APP software. The examination should be completed independently. Once the substitute examination is found, the examination results will be cancelled and notified by the whole province. Employees have three exam opportunities every year, and those who pass the exam are deemed to have passed the examination. Only those who pass the training examination can be engaged in catering service. The examination results are valid for one year and are valid throughout the province.
